The staff at the Franklin Hotel is top-class, and the location on Ocean Drive is magnificent. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Lummus Park. the unit has a unique and trendy vibe, with fresh towels and a luxurious feel.

Good own studio in a great location to South Beach. Basically ideal for longer stays, if it weren't for the club below.

Often loud music until 4am. Bass everything vibrates. It's South Beach..

Very clean accommodation.

Unfortunately the Bacon Bitch Bar is located in the Franklin Building. From the early afternoon very loud music is played there. This goes on until 1 o'clock in the night. So if you travel as a family you should be aware of this.

The wifi was free. the bed was very comfy. - the room was not only good-sized but also unique. - the staff was super friendly, extremely polite, and responded promptly to requests. - the hotel was located in the middle of the city. The staff was very welcoming. This hotel is fairly new so the rooms are immaculate which are equipped with a modern kitchen. The location is amazing

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with luxurious feel and a sofa bed. A fridge, a kettle, and kitchenware were provided. the venue was in a very central location near to clubs and restaurants.

The hotel and staff was amasing, location is great, rooms are furnished with the desinger's touch, south beach is 3 minutes's walk, stores are 1 munite walk. We'll book it again and again.

Sometimes it was uncomfortable to sleep with windows opened because of the back-street busy sounds. But shut the window and enjoy!

Thank you for a restful stay. The staff are courteous, the hotel is cool and with favourable location just off South Beach in an Art Deco building, miami for a nice quiet vacation and all restaurants. It offers excellent service.
